Why is self care so important? It’s important because we have been detached from our mental layer. this is one reason of many that we struggle with mental illness. We forget to tune in and it becomes static manifestations within our cellular makeup that cause a huge blow up of energy. What actually is self care? Its taking moments to meditate, self reflect it’s not what we make think on the surface. it’s the messy dissecting of emotions and mental chaos of our unhealed parts. we don’t look at why we are creatures of habit we just accept things because we’ve become unconcious within ourselves. Forgetting who we are and accepting what others have told us to be. we grew up in a very different world and right now everything seems tipsy and strange. The world truly requires a huge self care regime within themselves.

We’ve all heard the expression to be yourself. When it comes to put that into action you freeze because there is a energy holding parts of you in a state. what if you can work past this energy block and into a space of self love and forgiveness that helps you realize more of who you are. We are not made of freeze mode or flight mode but of continuous authentic energy. Once we heal our fragments and energy blocks we can feel safe being our authentic selves. it’s that first step we take to release ourselves from the burdens we begin to walk a path that is curious.
most say and think they know who they are but even I’ve been surprised as some of my own witnessing of my authenticity. what I once felt was weakness I find it’s strength so allow yourself to have the 100% authentic you.
